Generally, basic corporate communications tools like training videos are the least expensive to produce and the price/budget depends on the number of shooting days and complexity of the information that must be conveyed. Usually training videos take 1-2 days to film/shoot and 4-5 days to edit. If there are graphic titles and /or special effects this inflates the cost.

A barebones communications tool will cost about $8000. Some aspects of training require 3d animation to best illustrate a procedure, or complicated filming in hazardous locations the most we've ever charged for a single comprehensive training tool was $20,000.

Promotional videos meant to enhance a company's image to the outside world require a strong creative element and flawless photography. There are thousands of details to consider and research and time are crucial to getting the most dynamic and powerful media tool that confidently represents your company. More hours sometimes days are spend solving creative and logistical problems to make a creative work. Television Commercials fall in this same category.

Sometimes the difficulty of the filming location adds to the budget, there may be very complex 3d animation required which could take weeks to render. Generally larger film equipment is used like camera cranes or helicopters for aerial footage and the crews are larger. $20,000 to $60,000 can be an expected price range.

Sometimes companies require a whole suite or package of videos in varying lengths and formats. The complexity of organizing a cross country production might become the costly element. We produced an entire suite of shows for a client based in Colorado who wanted to interview someone in Boston and film additional footage in Florida then return 5 months later to film summer footage of scenery at 13,000 feet for four weeks.

We can produce these types of projects because we also make feature films which require 6 months of preproduction and months of filming.

$40,000 to $300,000 can be an expected price range.
